• Security-first operations: We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect accounts, workflows, content, and infrastructure.
• Enterprise readiness: AI Loop is built with future enterprise use in mind, including clearer controls around access, data handling, auditability, and contractual protections.

2. AI and Editorial Integrity

AI Loop may use automated workflows to monitor sources, classify signals, summarize information, enrich context, and assist with editorial production. We aim to distinguish between raw signals, verified claims, analysis, and opinion. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be reviewed, edited, or corrected as part of our publishing process.

3. Data Protection

AI Loop is designed to respect user privacy and enterprise confidentiality. Private user or enterprise workspace content is not used to train public AI models unless explicitly agreed. Enterprise customers may request additional contractual protections, including a Data Processing Addendum, subprocessors list, retention terms, and security details when available.

4. Security Practices

AI Loop may use safeguards such as access controls, secure authentication, encrypted connections, provider security controls, monitoring, logging, backups, and abuse detection. As AI Loop grows, we intend to publish more details about our security posture, subprocessors, enterprise controls, and certifications if obtained.

5. Source Integrity

AI Loop tracks the AI ecosystem through public sources, research materials, company announcements, market signals, policy documents, and other information channels. Our goal is to reduce noise, avoid unsupported claims, and improve the reliability of published intelligence.

6. Responsible Use

AI Loop should not be used to harm others, spread deception, violate rights, compromise systems, or make high-risk decisions without independent review.
