Welcome to AI Loop. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AI Loop, including our website, articles, reports, briefings, newsletters, intelligence products, agentic workflows, APIs, enterprise services, and any future paid features.
By using AI Loop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
AI Loop provides AI ecosystem intelligence, including analysis, editorial content, research signals, briefings, reports, tools, and agentic workflows designed to track developments across artificial intelligence, models, agents, infrastructure, markets, research, policy, and related technology sectors.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
AI Loop may use automated systems, AI models, source pipelines, editorial workflows, and human review to produce or assist with intelligence products. Our content is provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. AI Loop does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, security, or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using AI Loop content, reports, agents, or outputs.
If you submit content, prompts, files, feedback, instructions, or other materials to AI Loop, you keep ownership of your content. You grant AI Loop the limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service, unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise. You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, confidential without permission, or designed to compromise the service.
AI Loop may reference, summarize, classify, or link to public information from news sources, research papers, company announcements, public filings, policy documents, market sources, and other third-party materials. Third-party content remains the responsibility of its original owners or publishers. Links to third-party websites do not mean AI Loop endorses or controls those websites.
AI Loop does not currently require payment for all public access unless a paid plan, checkout page, invoice, or enterprise order form is presented to you. If paid plans become available, pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, and refund rules will be shown before purchase or included in the relevant order form. If a subscription renews automatically, we will aim to make the renewal and cancellation terms clear before purchase. Enterprise pricing, billing, cancellation, usage limits, and support terms may be governed by a separate agreement.
Enterprise services may include custom intelligence workflows, private workspaces, APIs, reports, dashboards, integrations, support, or agentic monitoring systems. If you enter into an enterprise agreement, order form, data processing agreement, or service-level agreement with AI Loop, that agreement will control where it conflicts with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse AI Loop. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape at abusive scale, bypass security controls, impersonate others, upload malicious code, violate laws, or use AI Loop to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
AI Loop, including its brand, design, software, workflows, editorial systems, agentic infrastructure, reports, databases, and original content, is owned by AI Loop or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit AI Loop materials except as allowed by these Terms, by written permission, or by a separate agreement.
If you send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, AI Loop may use them without obligation to compensate you. This helps us improve the product.
We aim to keep AI Loop reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may change, pause, degrade, or become unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party providers, security reasons, or product updates.
AI Loop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every article, signal, report, model output, or intelligence product will be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Loop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or decisions made based on AI Loop content.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for AI Loop or other users, or if required by law.
We may update these Terms as AI Loop evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AI Loop's operating entity is registered, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
